If you call the hotel, you provide the necessary information directly to its staff. Online booking is not yet active; the website offers a telephone link. Technical data supports website operation and security. When you contact the hotel, your request may be handled to prepare an offer or booking and meet contractual or legal obligations. Google Analytics is temporarily disabled: no tag or statistical events are sent, including with previously saved consent. Legal bases are requested precontractual or contractual measures, legal obligations and legitimate interests in security and abuse prevention.
4. Providing data

5. Providers and transfers
The website is published through Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Google Analytics is temporarily disabled. Google Maps is an external link and is not embedded. Email submission and external booking systems, including Smartness and SmartPMS, are not active. Providers may process technical data to deliver the service. Their contractual roles, processing locations and applicable transfer safeguards must be documented by the controller before this notice is published.
6. Retention
The website has no request-submission forms and stores no requests or bookings in an application database. Configurator selections remain in the browser page and are not sent. Any processing after a telephone contact must be described in the hotel's operational privacy documentation. Hosting-log retention depends on provider settings; actual periods must be verified before this notice is published. Notice acknowledgement remains on your device until local data is cleared. Previous statistical preferences do not activate Analytics.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent by contacting the controller at +39 0461 585870. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or the competent supervisory authority. No exclusively automated decisions producing legal effects are made by this website.
8. Minors and updates
Bookings must be made by adults able to enter a valid contract. The controller may update this notice when services or rules change; the current version is available on this page.
