Cakes are made in the hotel kitchen, alongside a wide selection of biscuits. Shapes, aromas and textures change every day.
Strudel follows traditional recipes. Tarts, loaf cakes and other creations accompany brioche, bread and bakery products freshly baked every day.
It is work that starts early, before the dining room fills up.

Jams, fresh fruit and yoghurts in various flavours meet a choice of around ten types of cereal. Bread and bakery products let you start simply or build a more generous breakfast.
Those who prefer savoury food will find cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, bacon, sausages and vegetables. Alongside the classics, vegan and lactose-free products cater for different needs and habits.

By late afternoon, the Garden Bar becomes the day's natural meeting place.
Intimate lounges, armchairs and small tables create a peaceful setting, accompanied by warm lighting and discreet background music.
From pre-dinner to after dinner
One continuous story,
from the first glass into the evening.
From the first aperitif to the last glass of the evening, freshly made cocktails, sparkling wines and Champagne, wines by the glass, draught beer and Illy coffee accompany the time before dinner and relaxation afterwards.
Later, a selection of rums — including a Zacapa vertical tasting — whisky, quality grappas and bitters evokes mountain tradition and invites you to extend the evening at leisure.
On fine days, the Bar naturally extends onto the terrace overlooking the Dolomites.
The Bar also prepares aperitifs, cocktails and drinks that can be served in the Nordic Wellness area on request.
Depending on the period and service, the Bar may also welcome non-resident guests; contacting Hotel Garden beforehand is recommended.
