2. Tools used by this website
Google Analytics is temporarily disabled on the Hotel website. No tag or statistical event is activated, even after acknowledging the notice or with previously saved consent. Optional statistics, Google Ads, remarketing and Meta Pixel are not active.
The local-storage entry garden-hotel-necessary-notice remembers acknowledgement of the notice until browser data is cleared. Previous statistical preferences do not activate Analytics. Shared cookies of other subdomains are not deleted.
The hosting infrastructure can produce technical logs. Garden does not use these logs for advertising. Cloudflare uses the technical security cookie __cf_bm to protect against automated traffic. It has been observed in HTTPS responses and does not depend on statistical consent. Cloudflare documents expiry after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity.
3. External links
Google Maps opens only when you select its external link and operates under its own privacy notice. No external booking engine is active: information and availability are provided by telephone.
4. Consent and preferences
Strictly necessary tools do not require consent. The notice does not collect statistical consent or offer an Analytics activation option. Cookie preferences in the footer reopens the notice. Cookies and local data can be cleared in browser settings. Privacy information and consent management will be updated before any statistical reactivation.
5. Controller and updates
The controller and contact details for exercising your rights are listed in the Privacy Policy. This page must be updated before new tools are activated, stating provider, purpose, duration and category.
